Beamish
I’m working in an old farmhouse in Beamish at the moment. Fantastic house in a great setting.
Gate Week
It was gate week last week at Stephen Francis. All I did was fit new garden gates. Here is a picture of my favourite one.
On The Radio
Did you hear my text on Sue Sweeney’s show on BBC Radio Newcastle this morning? The best way to get a good reliable tradesman is from personal recommendation and references. I’m always happy to provide them.
1920’s Front Door
I’ve just finished hanging a fantastic 1920’s front door for No 20. We made it to match the old one that was a bit rotten. Check out the picture in the gallery.
Pope Francis
Nice to see the new Pope choosing a good name. He hopes to re-build the church that is in disrepair, I can re-build anything you have in disrepair (as long as it’s made of wood) just give me a call 🙂
Stop Snowing
Mixed jobs this month both inside and out. I just wish the weather would make up it’s mind.
It’s Cold
Luckily I’m inside mostly this month. A new suspended timber floor with oak and some fitted cupboards and shelving.
Working Outside
I’ve got a few outside jobs this month so I hope the weather is good.
HAPPY NEW YEAR
Happy New Year to everyone. Back to work next week hanging doors, one of my favorite jobs.
The wall panels are up.
We finished the floor and put up all the wall panels today. The roof goes on tomorrow so lets hope it stays fine.
