I’ve been working in Stamfordham for a couple of weeks refurbishing a bungalow for a customer who is retiring back to the area from abroad.

The job involves moving stud walls around to change the general layout, making a couple of bedrooms bigger and opening up the living and dining rooms.

Also fitting a new en-suite bathroom, sun pipes and a Velux roof light with a very tricky light well.

The plasterer is in at the moment skimming the walls and ceilings then I’m back to do the second fix later this month.
